4-Months Old

The night before his fourth month Jerome slept through the night. It scared his daddy and I a bit as we thought, "Did we not hear him when he woke?" "Did you get up and feed him while I slept?" "Is he OK?" but we didn't and he was! We know because he did it again last night - woke up at around 6am to eat and promptly went back to sleep. Here is a picture of our sweet boy sleeping away.

The check up went well too, he took his shots like a champ and was happy and playful throughout the appointment. Happily we were able to check off everything on the developmental checklist for 4-month old babies and a few things from 6-month olds too! We're still deciding on a pediatrician - thought we had one but I think we need to keep looking, She's nice enough but there seems to be some things she doesn't know that puts me ill at ease so the search continues.


So as to the stats - for his 4-month check Jerome is now 13lbs 2oz and 1'11.5". We're told he can start solid food in about a month so the hunt is on for a great high chair.
